Frozen pie care for fruit pies, each of our homemade pies can remain frozen for up to 6 months. If you receive your pie slightly unthawed it's best to place it in the freezer immediately. It's also ok to bake it, NEVER allow your pie to fully unthaw before baking it, you will end up with a soggy pie. Upon receiving your frozen pie, it will be vacuum sealed for freshness. Be sure to cut the plastic wrap off the pie. Use 1 beaten egg and brush it on the crust for a golden brown appearance. Add toppings like brown sugar or cinnamon for flavor you're preference. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Frozen Pie care for baked custard pies,
all of our sweet potato and pecan pies are sold fully cooked. Upon receiving your pie, it can be placed in the freezer for up to 6-8 months. To unthaw your pie place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and it's ready to serve. Remember DO NOT remove plastic wrap from pie.
